It was very sad to hear of Tom's passing away. I meet Tom back in the late 90's as he was a good friend of my late Fiancée Richard Sanders, Sr.. I'm sure they are both in heaven now together having a few good laughs together like old times. Tom was a very nice, kind, sweet and funny guy. He used to really tease my oldest daughter a lot about her name because it was Ashley. He would tell her that she stole his name and she would argue back no I did not! He would then say yes you did because my name was Tom Ashley first because I'm older than you! She would get the biggest kick out of the fact that they had the same name. My deepest sympathy's to the family during this heart breaking time. He will be deeply missed by all. Donetta Dowell

Tom will be dearly missed by his poker family. We sure loved how animated he would get during a card game. We send our deepest condolences, Shawn Fellows and Lish Calhoun.

There are not words to express how much we thought of him. He was a one of a kind, genuinely loving man. He was always just a phone call away if we ever needed anything and always with a smile and a hug. Katie has such fond memories of "her Pap-paw A". All of you are in our thoughts and prayers and if we can do anything for you during this difficult time please let us know. All of our love, Tony, Melissa, Tyler, Gracie and Ryan Ressino, Katie, Tyler and Jackson Stockrahm and Judy Allen.
